When Jesus began His ministry, He read these words and said, "Today this scripture is fulfilled." He healed bodies, but He also fed the hungry, freed the bound and restored the forgotten. Healing at HPM follows the same mandate.

Prison ministry

Through the Healing Palm Foundation we go where others won't: into custodial centres, to pray, to teach, and to help people walk out and stay out.

Volunteer with prison ministry
  1. Prison chaplains
    Weekly services, Bible teaching, spiritual care and counselling in custodial centres.
  2. Help for awaiting-trial inmates
    Connecting people held without trial to volunteer lawyers, and paying small fines that keep people locked up.
  3. A new start outside
    Skills training, a job placement and a church family waiting at the gate.
  4. Freedom from addiction
    Recovery groups for drugs, alcohol and gambling, with prayer and practical support.

We pray for the sick in every service and believe God heals today. We also run a medical centre, free surgeries and care for mothers and babies, because the God who heals by miracles also heals through medicine.

Hernia, fibroid, cataract and other operations, fully paid for families in need.

Gynaecology support
Care for fibroids, infertility, and cervical and breast screening, with prayer alongside treatment.
MOTHER & CHILD
Mother & child services
Antenatal care, safe delivery, postnatal support, immunisation, and prevention of HIV passing from mother to baby (PMTCT).
CHAPLAINCY
Chaplain care, spiritual care & counselling
Chaplains on every ward of the Medical Centre and in partner hospitals, praying with patients and families, with counselling through diagnosis, surgery, recovery and grief.

Some chains can't be seen: spiritual oppression, trauma, grief, fear, broken homes. We pray, we cast out, and we stay with people through counselling until they are free.
