Raise a concern
You will be
heard
Concerns go to our safeguarding lead, not to the person you are worried about. You can speak in confidence. If anyone is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first: 112.
What we will never do
- Shame, frighten, force or humiliate anyone, in deliverance or any ministry.
- Use violence or dangerous rituals, or hold anyone against their will.
- Ask for money for prayer, healing or deliverance, or sell oil, water or any item.
- Expose anyone's struggles in public without their consent.
- Tell anyone to stop medical treatment, or to stay somewhere they are in danger.
Children
At Little Flames, our children's church, parents check children in and collect them with a matching tag.
Prayer & deliverance
Ministers ask before laying hands on anyone, and no one is called out or prayed for in front of others unless they want to be.
