By the authority of James 4:7, I decree that every chain of pride is broken, and my character is set free.
-
Father, Your Word says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7). Deliver my character from pride, in Jesus’ name.
-
In Jesus’ name I resist pride (James 4:7). I close every door I opened to it, and I receive the help You have provided.
-
Lord, I lift my hands in thanksgiving. As James 4:7 says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”, I receive my deliverance from pride.
-
I confess with my mouth what James 4:7 says: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”. I am free from pride.
-
Father, I lift up everyone bound by pride today. Let James 4:7 be fulfilled in their lives.
-
Standing on 1 John 4:4, “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”, I declare my character free from pride, in the name of Jesus.
-
Lord, according to 1 John 4:4, stretch out Your mighty hand and set me free from pride.
-
1 John 4:4 says, “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”. I will not be mastered by pride; by Your Spirit I take one faithful step at a time.
-
Thank You, Lord, for 1 John 4:4: “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”. I thank You in advance for my complete freedom from pride.
-
My faith rests on 1 John 4:4. Therefore pride will not rule over my character.
-
Lord, as I pray for the oppressed tonight, especially those troubled by pride, break every chain and set them free (1 John 4:4).
