By the authority of Obadiah 1:17, I decree that every chain of stagnation is broken, and my progress is set free.

Father, Your Word says, “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness” (Obadiah 1:17). Deliver my progress from stagnation, in Jesus’ name.
