By the authority of 2 Corinthians 3:17, I decree that every chain of stagnation is broken, and my progress is set free.

Father, Your Word says, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17). Deliver my progress from stagnation, in Jesus’ name.
