My faith rests on Psalm 34:10. Therefore poverty in old age will not have the final word over my old age.

“Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15). Because this Word is true, I declare that bad financial choices shall have no place in my life, in Jesus’ name.
-
Faithful Father, as it is written in Luke 12:15, “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth”, give me wisdom and self-control, and bring bad financial choices to an end today.
-
Lord, by the grace in Luke 12:15, “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth”, I turn away from bad financial choices. Give me strength for today and faithful people to walk with me.
-
Father, I praise You because Luke 12:15 is true for me. I give You glory for blessing my decisions and ending bad financial choices.
-
I agree with heaven today: “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15). I place my decisions under God’s covenant of provision, and bad financial choices must go.
-
Lord, I stand in the gap for my family and friends. According to Luke 12:15, “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth”. Break bad financial choices and provide for their decisions, in Jesus’ name.
-
By the authority of Hebrews 13:5, I decree an end to bad financial choices, and I receive God’s wisdom for my decisions.
-
Father, Your Word says, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have” (Hebrews 13:5). Deliver me from bad financial choices and let my decisions honour You, in Jesus’ name.
-
In Jesus’ name I resist bad financial choices (Hebrews 13:5). I close every door I opened to it, and I receive the help You have provided.
-
Lord, I lift my hands in thanksgiving. As Hebrews 13:5 says, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have”, I receive my breakthrough over bad financial choices.
-
I confess with my mouth what Hebrews 13:5 says: “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have”. This is my portion concerning bad financial choices.
-
Father, I lift up everyone struggling with bad financial choices today. Let Hebrews 13:5 be fulfilled in their lives.
